SAIL INVERCLYDE LIMITED is a company registered in Scotland
It is limited by guarantee and has charitable status. The registered office is the Municipal Buildings, Clyde Square, Greenock PA15 1LX
It has a board of eight trustees representing the Inverclyde Council, Riverside Inverclyde Limited and Clydeport Limited.
Sail Inverclyde Limited has been established to manage maritime events and its objects are to advance the education and physical, mental and spiritual development of young people from Inverclyde and elsewhere by providing or assisting in the provision of facilities for training in sailing and seamanship so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.
Sail Inverclyde will manage the shore based events for the crews and for the public during the Tall Ships visit to Greenock 9th - 12th July 2011.
The current operating office for Sail Inverclyde is 2-6 Custom House Way, Greenock PA15 1EN.
